Levent Guenes is holding the position as Chief Executive Officer of Havas Worldwide in Southeast Asia. In this capacity he oversees all of the group’s operational and financial functions.

Levent’s passion for the business has driven his career. With his exceptional understanding of the industry and his ability and experience of working across disciplines, Levent acts as strong binding link across all agencies in the region, driving the full integration of the group’s resources across all of Southeast Asia.

Previously, and since his transfer to Asia in late 2008, Levent served the Havas Group in various roles in Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong and Germany since 2002.

With over 27 years’ experience, Sunny brings multi-faceted insights gained through numerous senior assignments in markets in the USA and Asia, namely Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and China. Having worked with some of the world’s biggest advertising agencies such as JWT and Lowe & Partners – Sunny has led and conceptualized award-winning campaigns across a portfolio of clients, including Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, Pepsi, Coca-Cola, Citibank, BMW, Visa, Levi’s, Nike, Hershey’s, Pampers, Starbucks and Nescafe.

Most recently as the General Manager of Wunderman AGENDA Shanghai, a full-service integrated digital agency, he was instrumental in leading the overall business output of the agency as well as driving business growth. Prior to AGENDA, he was the Group Chief Operating Officer at Riverorchid, an independent brand communications agency that operates across Indochina – Thailand, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam and Cambodia. He managed the daily operations of the Thailand agencies and established the digital arm, Riverorchid Digital.

Santiphong Pimolsaengsuriya is also known as Pick, a Founder Partner and CEO of Havas Riverorchid – the Indochina specialist brand communications agency. Andrea Conyard joins the group with 20 years of experience at some of the top agencies in Singapore, working with the biggest and most iconic brands in the country. His knowledge and curiosity for the industry is broad, but his experience and insight into digital continues to focus and fuel his curiosity and vision for how the industry and brands must evolve in this ever and faster changing world.

“My goals remain simple and pragmatic – stay curious, innovate, create great work, always keep teams motivated and happy, break rules, explore new ideas, take risks and above all: be measurable and accountable”, Conyard said.

Most recently, as the Managing Director of GYRO, a B2B agency, he started the agency’s Singapore operations and was instrumental in leading the overall business output of the agency as well as driving business growth, reaching a total staff strength of more than 30 people within just 2 years and winning key accounts such as Twitter, Sports Singapore and Singtel.

His career, before Gyro, spanned OgilvyOne, Arc Worldwide, Grey and Wunderman where he oversaw Singtel, Diageo, IBM, Daimler Chrysler, HP, SKii, Tiger Beer and Oracle, to name a few.

Matt Wiggers has his roots in solid Marketing of Fast Moving Consumer Goods for Multinational companies in Europe and Asia. In 2002, he moved to “The other side of the table” by creating his own agency. 8 years he run his company until it was sold to a multinational agency group after which Matt took over the leadership of another agency in that group.

End 2014 Matt joined Havas, because of its unique combination of entrepreneurial spirit, global network and future vision on creativity, content and technology.

A savvy, experienced, battle-scarred professional, who is still in love with brand building after more than 24 years in the hard, tough advertising and communication world; across Naga DDB, Ogilvy & Mather and Havas Wordwide. He has been managing brands in many different industries; from telcos to tobaccos and from soft drinks to beers. His passion in brand building drove him to develop innovative advertising ideas and making meaningful brand connections for his clients. Andrew also sits on the 4As council and the board of Advertising Standard Association Malaysia.

Dr. Victor Joseph ‘VJ’ Yamat is the Managing Director for Havas Life in Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore, he is responsible for developing Havas’ specialized healthcare practice across the region. In less than three years, he has lead the agency in winning Best Creative given by Havas Health Global, and was shortlisted as SEA Emerging Agency of the Year by Mumbrella Asia.

Previously, VJ was Managing Director of McCann Health Philippines and also served as Vice President for McCann Worldgroup. Prior to McCann Health, VJ was the very first employee of Publicis Healthcare Communications Group (PHCG) in Greater China, representing both Publicis Life Brand s and Saatchi Health. As Senior Vice President, he was responsible for building a team to quickly service existing global relationships and also identified local agencies for acquisition . VJ also headed the Ogilvy Health operations in Singapore and the Manila office of Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide.

A medical doctor by training, VJ went through the rigors of med school (pre-med at the University of the Philippines, medical school proper at the University of the East College of Medicine) and an MBA program at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business (underthesis). VJ is also active in public speaking circles, mostly geared towards healthcare communications and the Academe.
